Office Manager & Benefits Coordinator

Margaret began her career at M.A.P. as a receptionist, nearly thirty years ago. The second female employee at M.A.P., Margaret has led by example and has maintained a dynamic office presence — building employee morale, supporting the family vibe of the company, and managing office related procedures.

Receiving on-the-job training she soon moved into payroll, and then into A/P and A/R roles. Margaret currently oversees office staff as Office Manager and is M.A.P. Group of Companies Benefits Administrator.

As Benefits Coordinator, Margaret was vital in the coordination and implementation of M.A.P.’s Employee Group Benefits Plan for both office and field staff. Knowing that M.A.P. has always considered their team to be one of their most important assets, Margaret knew that an Employee Group Benefits Plan was crucial for staff and their families and would help protect their well-being and allow them to better take care of their needs.
